Our Mission

CapVeri.com was built because the loss is real: commercial landlords miss 3–5% of their operating expense recoveries every year, mostly to calculation errors and reconciliation work that falls through the cracks — per industry research.

Our deterministic calculation engine, powered by BOMA 2024 standards, automates what property accountants do manually - but faster, more accurately, and without the risk of human error.

We believe property managers should not need to replace their entire tech stack for accurate CRE financial operations. CapVeri works with simple CSV exports from any ERP - Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, or Excel.

From the Founder

This is a solo-operated, bootstrapped business. That might be a reason to turn away from CapVeri, and that's fine — reputation matters in CRE. CapVeri is not a private-equity rollup or a venture-backed startup with millions to burn.

I take every call personally. I read every feature request and take it seriously. I monitor for bugs and fix them within 24 hours.
